We are a boutique, family-run shop that is fully licensed, insured and prepared to provide real-estate agency, renovation, new construction, consultation, design and project management across a wide array of targets including growing equity, renovation/construction, preparation to sell/move in, maintenance/repairs and, of course, finding or building your dream-home.
Our team consists of licensed realtors (CAL. BRE members), class B contractors/builders, certified Project Management Professionals, seasoned tradespeople and gifted designers. Our unique combination of talents help us advise clients on what action to take from a value-based perspective, and we pride ourselves on helping our clientele make value-based decisions when reaching for their goals, whether they are looking to find/build the home of their dreams or hoping to make a savvy investment. We house over 15 years of construction experience and hold ourselves accountable to a standard of excellence in the quality of our work. We are a boutique, family-run business servicing Sherman Oaks, Encino, and city of LA that is fully licensed, insured, bonded, and prepared to provide ground up homes and pools, home renovations, ground up ADU, pool and spa renovation, consultation, design, and project management.
